Service was in a prompt and timely fashion, I received my quote within a day of first contact. Aloowed me to take my time with deciding to go with them or not without pestering and taking my call for questions on a weekend. The team contacted me leading up to install to give me updates on timeline. The workers showed up and had the job done in no time flat, the install quality is amazing and considerations were paid to my neighbors that were close to us with full pick up and clean up afterward the work was completed. I was contacted with all the warranty paperwork 2 days after install. All in all a painless and amazing experience, would 100% recommend on the work and warranty that comes with the product! Excellent company to deal with and great workmanship. They called me ahead of time to let me know when the materials and crew would be at my home to install the new roof. The crew did a fantastic job at installing the roof over 2 days and cleaned up the job site after every day. The roof looks amazing with a 50 year non-prorated and transferable warranty. Also my house insurance went down by $300 per year for installing this type of metal roof. I would definitely recommend this company for anyone looking at replacing there roof.

Well it started out very good with an actual site visit by Sean & Roch. They answered all my questions,explained how their product is installed,brought samples,made me feel like I had called upon the right people to address my need for a solid roofing solution. After we came to an agreement on pricing and scheduling,it only got better,when they sent Adam & his partner to do the install. The team at Roof Pros Plus are fantastic! They are professional and completed the metal roofing install quickly and efficiently. There was no mess left behind! The owner took the time to explain the installation and the materials to me. The metal roofing was really helpful during the record setting snowfall we had this past winter; no huge amounts of snow accumulation on the roof. It also looks great, with a shingle design that is much more modern than the old metal roofing of the past. I have had lots of positive comments from friends and neighbours complimenting the appearance of the finished product.
